For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier companies or international speed post. For domestic buyers, we use registered domestic courier companies or speed post.
Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of confirmation, subject to courier norms. HYMNINDIA is not responsible for delays by courier/postal authorities but guarantees dispatch within 0-7 days of order and payment.

Return and Replacement Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
HYMNINDIA believes in supporting customers and has a liberal cancellation policy:
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 7 days of placing the order, unless the order has already been shipped.
- No cancellations are allowed for perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).
- Refunds/replacements will be processed if product quality is not acceptable, after merchant verification.
- Issues with received items (damage, mismatch) must be reported within 7 days.
- Warranty issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
